How love?

Love roots and slurps as a milk-drunk babe.
Love greedily hides a chocolate bar under its pillow.
Love longs to tell secrets.
Love storms in jealous outbursts.
Love envies everyone but itself.
Love wants to get into your underpants.
Love cries at weddings and graduations, and when it becomes fatigued.
Love is redeemed by gazing into the eyes of an infant.
Love craves its own personal substance.
Love sits up all night with a sick child.
Love betrays, then begs for forgiveness.
Love acts shamefully when spurned.
Love volunteers, but demands payment.
Love rages as age robs its body.
Love is selfish, as others die and leave us unloved.
